I set a run for the Bristol Hash House Harriers on Bank Holiday Monday, from The Failand Inn, SW of Bristol. “Hashes” are not long (about 4-5 miles) but,after getting up a bit early and setting it (in flour and chalk, on public footpaths, usually) with the extra false trails and checks, and then actually running it to mark the route for late-comers, a pint or two back at the pub is very welcome.
