Not really sequential but it was the Wales Coast path. We stayed in Llansaint, a small village to the west of Kidwelly (where we walked up to the castle), and walked to Ferryside, with views across the river Towy to Llansteffan. Next day, south to the village of Pembrey and Pembrey Forest (and a big bear).
