There has been a long campaign to get a cycle/footpath opened up along the coast from Clevedon to Weston-Super-Mare, in North Somerset. The route, previously, has involved inland detours. It is not quite finished yet, but we walked, yesterday, a new (to us) stretch, south from Clevedon.
