Our garden has been undergoing some updating over the last month or so. As it’s on a slope, some support is needed to stop it slowly sliding down into the house. The various wooden “walls” that separate the levels had started to rot. We have replaced some of them with new tanalised timber which, most estimates indicate, should last for at least 25 years. The phrase “should see us out” is being used more and more often in our general conversation.
