We walked for about eight miles around a large loop in the River Wye between Whitchurch and Symonds Yat in Herefordshire. The route depended on this “rope” bridge across the river at the southern point.

Sal and I have new roles as grandparents. At last! Here, Esme is less than a day old. Mother and baby well. Father making good progress. And a few days later, father up and about again!
